NEW DELHI: Just before midnight on April 16, a man named Amit came to Neb Sarai police station in southwest Delhi to report that his 22-year-old brother, Surjit Kashyap, had gone missing. The youth had apparently gone to meet some friends but never returned home. It initially appeared that Kashyap might have gone somewhere with his friends without informing his brother.
